Storage Suggestions
Air fryer chicken recipes are awesome for meal prep. I love to cook big batches on Sundays and then we have an easy dinner on busy weeknights, and I have quick and easy lunch options. To store, let the thighs cool completely and then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Cooking Frozen Chicken Thighs
I have not tested this recipe with frozen chicken thighs, but I think it would work fine! Defrost chicken thighs by placing them in the refrigerator for about 24 hours. If you’re short on time, you can use the defrost function on your microwave. For a quicker option, place the thighs in a sealed, leak-proof bag and immerse them in cold water, swapping the water every 30 minutes to keep things safe and prevent contamination.
